Bobby Pecora
Executive Director / Founder

Bobby Pecora made Racetrack, Montana famous. His Parents owned and operated the Log Cabin Bar and rodeo arena. Bob was the type of kid you couldn’t keep off a horse or out of the arena. He always had a passion for riding rough stock. Bobby rodeoed in junior high, high school, college and competed in amateur and professional circuits. In high school rodeo he was a 2X NHSRA saddle bronc qualifier. Bobby got his PRCA card fresh out of high school and won the second go-around in the rookie bronc riding at Cheyenne. He was a three time Montana Pro-Rodeo Circuit qualifier; champion in 1983. He worked as a horse trainer under Bob Avila, Bobby Ingersol, Skip Brown and Smoky Pritchett. He went on to become a premier cow horse trainer. Additionally, he served as a pick-up man at various amateur and professional rodeos. Bob has always had a passion for rodeo and bronc riding. He and his wife Angela make their home with their children in Rexford, Montana. Bob has spent endless hours working on a way to make the bucking horse contractor/breeder programs and saddle bronc rider industry grow and create another avenue to showcase their rough stock. In 2010 and 2011 he organized and promoted a Bucking Horse Futurity in Eureka, Montana. Those events were well received by contractors and cowboys alike,so he and his wife took it one step further and formed World Class Bucking Horse Association.
