  1. Breeder/Contractor’s membership $350
  2. Entry fees:  $3000+/$360   $5000+/$560; ($10 office charge included).
  3. $50 of all entry fees will go toward the Cinch Bucking Horse Championship.
  4. Fall down rule: If horse falls down with cowboy on, horse is a 0.  If horse falls down after cowboy is bucked off, horse will be scored.  If horses causes a reride for cowboy horse score is a 0.  Scores are subject to judge’s discretion.
  5. All horses qualify for finals under current owner.
  6. No horses will be sold at public auction and be eligible to compete at finals, unless new owner becomes a member and enters horse in World Class events.
  7. 4-judge system will be used; 1-25 per judge, possible 100 point total per horse.
  8. All horse scores are at judges’ discretion.
  9. Judges’ decisions are final.
  10. Breeders/Contractors are responsible to make sure that their horses are loaded in correct order.
  11. Breeders/Contractors are responsible for the neck rope and flank on own horse.
  12. Flank malfunctions – If flank malfunctions horse gets scored on how he bucks (no rebucks).
  13. All horses must be in good health and ready to buck; if not, horses will not be able to buck.
  14. Horses must be 4 or 5 year old saddle broncs, unless bareback is part of event.
  15. All horses “may” be aged by a vet at any given event. If horse is too old, owner will pay vet bill.
  16. Top Remuda for each event is high score on 2 or 3 horse team; depending on event  platform.  Event platform will be determined as follows:  The primary event platform will be a 3 horse team  per entry, unless there are more than 14 team entries, then the event platform will revert to a 2 horse team / entry.  If there are a very limited number of saddle bronc riders entered, the primary event platform  will also revert from a 3 to 2 horse team.
  17. Top Remuda year-end award will be based on one breeding program.
  18. Horse Judges’ sheets available upon request.
  19. All horses must be chute broke, if not, horse will be 0.
  20. Breeders/Contractors need to supply a halter for horse; if they don’t, halter needs to be approved by contractor.  Also, if a horse needs to be throat latched that needs to be determined by the contractor.
  21. Breeders/Contractor’s responsibility to provide water tubs and hay at all events for their horses.
  22. Horses will be circled by owner, if desired.  Arrangements need to be made with director.
  23. Depending on arena, horses will get choice of delivery.
  24. Horses will be penned back by World Class staff.
  25. When entering, please let secretary know how many pens need and if you have studs.
  26. Buck order will be determined based on the facility insofar as bucking one at a time or three in a row.
  27. Bucking order will be drawn by secretary.
  1. Cowboys Membership $100
  2. Cowboy entry fee is $40 with $3000+ and $60 with $5000+ ($10 office fee included).
  3. Payout will be each go and average.
  4. Cowboys will receive a reride if a horse fouls them at the chute, falls down with cowboy, or fails to buck.
  5. If the cowboy double grabs prior to the whistle, horse gets scored up until cowboy double grabs, cowboy may be subject to fine.
  6. 4 judge system will be used.  1-25 per judge, possible 100 points total per horse.
  7. Cowboy draw will be drawn by secretary and one judge.
  8. No spur out rule.
  1. $500 new stallion nomination fee; $250 renomination fee.
  2. Entries will be taken by phone 10 days prior to event.  No late entries unless approved by board of directors.
  3. All entries will be recorded.
  4. All entries will have a confirmation #.
  5. Each stallion stakes event will be determined by the # of stallion stakes entries / event.  There has to be at least 10 entries for any given event to be deemed a “stallion stakes” event.
  6. There is “no priority” for stallion stakes members at any event.
  7. Any member cut at a prior event gets priority at the next event
  8. Each qualifying stallion stakes event entry fees will be jackpotted with an 80% payback, and 20% goes back into the year end award.
  9. $2500 will be paid out to the year end Stallion Stakes winner or as a credit towards the next WCBHA season membership and entry fees.
  10. Judges will be approved by board of directors.
  11. Pickup men will be approved by board of directors.
  12. Payout will be decided by board of directors.
  13. Entries will be taken by phone on Thursday 10 – 11 days prior to event.
  14. Complaints are subject to $100 fee and will be decided by board of directors.
  15. Fees must be paid with cash or check.  If check NSF occurs there will be $30 fee.
  16. Any complaints need to go directly to the board of directors or the board representative at the event. Complaints will be discussed at that time. No confrontations in arena.
  17. Rules are subject to change by approval of Board.

  2. All stallions will be DNA d at owner’s expense.
  3. DNA costs will be $45 for members and $55 for nonmembers.
  4. $100 extra entry fee per horse entered in the Stallion Stakes.
  5. Each stallion stakes event will be determined by the # of stallion stakes entries / event.  There has to be at least 10 entries for any given event to be deemed a “stallion stakes” event.
  6. Winning colts will be DNA d at owner’s expense.
  7. To enter stallion stakes, WCBHA must have DNA and payment from horse that will be competing
  8. Each qualifying stallion stakes event entry fees will be jackpotted with an 80% payback, and 20% goes back into the year end award.
  9. $2500 will be paid out to the year end Stallion Stakes winner or as a credit towards the next WCBHA season membership and entry fees.
